Words, Words, Words — Adding New Ones to the Dictionary

http://www.poynter.org/latest-news/mediawire/185026/game-changer-ap-stylebook-moves-faster-than-merriam-webster-as-linguistic-authority/

Fun story on Poynter today from Steve Myers about new words that Merriam-Webster is adding to the dictionary and making the argument that one of the true arbiters of what’s acceptable in what  you read is the AP Stylebook, a/k/a “the journalist’s Bible.”

I found this link in this morning’s Media Bistro digest, which also linked to this Bloomberg Businessweek report about M-W. Steve’s report is more fun, though.

I wonder which words will appear in our collective vocab next year?
